Press Release Body: North Highlands, CA - The Tax Lady Roni Deutch is preparing to celebrate her favorite holiday with a massive Halloween party and festivities throughout the day.
"Some of my fondest childhood memories are from when I was spending Halloween with my family," notes Ms. Deutch. "I remember dragging my older brothers and sisters out to go trick-or-treating with me and our younger brother Rusty. Nothing brought me more joy than to come home with a bag overflowing with candy after a long Halloween night. Now, I have the pleasure of welcoming children from the Receiving Home of Sacramento to trick-or-treat."
Every year dozens of children from the Receiving Home of Sacramento journey to Ms. Deutch's law firm to celebrate Halloween. "Unfortunately, these children have been through so much, so I invite them to my firm to celebrate Halloween with us. I know how great a feeling trick or treating can be and I want them to share that same experience. It makes me very happy for us to be able to put a smile on their faces," says Ms. Deutch. The spooky tradition includes a tour of the firm complete with a haunted house, where the children can look at all of the firm's Halloween decorations and the employees' extravagant costumes. While touring the firm, the children can also have fun trick-or-treating by collecting tons of candy from the firm's employees.
After the children depart, the firm's Halloween celebration continues with a costume contest and cubicle decorating contest, with prizes awarded for the winning costumes and cubicles. "The employees are very competitive," continues Ms. Deutch. "Last year the winning costumes included a GEICO(r) cave man, a male employee dressed as Lindsay Lohan, and a giant Nintendo(r) controller. Each year the costumes and cubicles are more creative and extravagant. I cannot wait to see what they are planning this year!"
